Because our products are custom manufactured and/or made to order,
many items MAY NOT be eligible for return once they have been delivered.
Any RETURNS must be authorized in writing before they will be accepted.
Please contact AMERICAN PLAYGROUND directly for
specific information or details regarding your products.
We hope this never happens, but what if it does? All of our items are custom
manufactured to custom specifications. This really means a custom answer is needed.
Generally, for products ordered and cancelled BEFORE manufacturing
materials have been purchased, there is a 10% cancellation fee.
This covers the cost of custom design and engineering that have gone into the product.
After the materials have been ordered and before manufacturing has begun,
there is a 40% (of total) cancellation fee.
After shipment, 60% of total as cancellation fee, plus round trip freight charge
(in addition to cancellation fee). Unfortunately, we have to pay the
freight charges whether or not the product is accepted.
Additional fees will be assessed for any changes to design, color or equipment ordered
after the order has approved for manufacture.
